AKA "The Wall"

Aside from my academic pursuits, I am also deeply passionate about soccer, tennis, basketball and playing drums. I play in the Junior Premier League in soccer in Bahrain and have won numerous national tournaments. Being a 6’2” defender, I am fondly known by my teammates as “The Wall”. I bring sharp instincts and a team-oriented approach to the pitch. I am constantly learning about my teammates to improve my performance. My close-knit group of peers and I work together to make a high-performing team and I regularly collaborate with my coaches to develop our team's strategy and drive positive outcomes.

Play in the Junior Premier League in Bahrain for a British Club and have won several man of the match and player of the month awards.

I have attended training camps at IMG academy, West Ham United FC and Barcelona FC. Currently (Nov 2-4) I am in Qatar playing for the GCC Cup for my club.

Advantage Lefty

Tennis has been with me since I was 4 years old hitting balls with my dad in the hot summer days of Boston. Everything felt natural in Tennis, especially the Aces I scored with my serves. The racket feels like an extension of my left arm. My 6’2” height along with my lefty serve gives me a great advantage. Something that I have been able to use in the tournaments here in Bahrain.

Unfortunately, Tennis is not as popular a sport compared to soccer here in Bahrain, and I hope that I will have the opportunity to play in more competitive tournaments against other schools in the US.

Reach For The Skies

Recently I tried out for the school Basketball team and sure enough I really enjoyed it. We made it to the finals of the Bahrain International Schools Basketball Tournament, and I received the runner up MVP award.

I March to the beat of a different drum

I am a dedicated musician, having honed my skills on the drums since the age of 8. I have been playing drums for over 7 years and have competed and won several competitions. I am currently working towards the Cambridge Trinity College certification. With my musical talents, I formed a band with my brothers called The Boston Boys, and we have achieved recognition through our musical performances. Our band placed second in the Gulf Idol competition held in November 2022, and I also received second place in the solo drum category.
